This is a 4-room semi-detached house 120 m2, on the ground floor with simple and cosy furnishings. It is located in the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the lake.
There are two bedrooms, living room 50m2 with two sofa bed, satellite-TV and wood burning stove. It exits to the garden. Its kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, dishwasher and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/shower, sep. WC.
Guests can enjoy the patio and the provided facilities such as hair dryer, central heating, wireless Internet.
For shared use there is a garden with trees. Narrow parking area next to the house.
Grocers are in 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop, railway station, public bathing area 300 m. Beach volleyball, 300 m. The Danube, 100 m. Especially in the fall, the apricot harvest and vintage, guests can visit the Wachau.
Please note that the owner occupies the upper floor at times (access via a separate entrance).
