Walsdorf is a few km from the towns of Hillesheim and Gerolstein. The area has walking and cycling routes. You can enjoy riding, swimming and tennis in the immediate vicinity. There is an 18 hole golf course nearby. The Dreimuhlen Waterfall is 6 km away. The Maare volcano lakes are near Daun and 18 km away.
