The holiday resort is situated in the health resort of Friedrichsbrunn, and lies at an altitude of 585 metres above sea level.
The hotel is somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle, yet provides easy access to all of the attractions which the Harz Mountains have to offer.
Friedrichsbrunn is renowned for its natural landscape. Some 186 kilometres of marked hiking trails (or cross-country ski runs in the winter) invite you to take part in some active recreation.
Our easily accessible location enables wonderful excursions throughout the area. You will find entertainment, action, culture or nature – something to suit every taste. Interesting destinations include Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Rübeland with its stalactite caves, Hasselfelde with its wild west city "Pullman City II", Hexentanzplatz with its cable car, a summer toboggan run and, of course, the mountain peak Brocken.
We also highly recommend a ride on the steam-powered locomotive "Harzer Schmalspurbahn“, which travels along the highest peaks of the Harz Mountains.
The Bodetal conservation area is a pleasant area for hiking. Our hotel complex comprises of 2 buildings. Haus Ostharz and Haus Promenade which are approximately 70 metres apart from each other. Between these 2 buildings is our reception building.
For you, as our guest, use of the wellness area is free of charge. Special baths and massage treatments as well as a solarium are available for an additional cost.
