The semi-detached house Jacaranda (on the ground floor) has a shared swimming pool, a garden, various terraces and a barbecue area, at the foot of the Monchique mountains, only 10 km from the sea.
High wooden ceilings and thick stone walls ensure coolness throughout the summer, and warmth in the winter. All the houses are child-friendly, and there is a work and recreation area where children can paint original tiles with the owners. There is also a children's bed and carriage.
The house is located 15 minutes from the sea, beach, golf courses, vineyards, as well as from shops, banks, pharmacies.
Towns such as Alvor (7 km), Portimão on the Arade River (10 km) and Praia da Rocha are nearby. You can go hiking directly from the house or take a car ride along the orchards and vineyards.
Monte Canelas is located in the historic Mexilhoeria Grande, a town 5 km away from the house, where there are a number of shops and a market.
