U Zlateho Stromu
The U Zlatého Stromu hotel is located in the historical centre of Prague in the Old Town, on the ancient King's Row, just few steps away from the Charles Bridge and within a walking distance of all major sights.
The rooms are fitted with original furnishings and many feature a painted Renaissance ceiling.
The on-site restaurant serves Czech and international cuisine. The roofed atrium with a large sea aquarium offers a pleasant seating. The Music Club is located in the basement.
The reception staff and room service are available 24 hours a day.
A covered parking is located approximately 300 metres from the U Zlatého Stromu hotel. In the past, Karlova Street was an important part of the Royal Road. The U Zlatého Stromu building has Gothic foundations which date back to the 14th century. Most of the residents of the rooms of the Hotel U Zlatého Stromu were goldsmiths, and so it's likely that a goldsmith's workshop was also located here. Across the street are the monumental Baroque grounds of the former Jesuit College with its legendary astronomical observatory tower, which is presently the seat of the National Library.
