The apartments have a seating area with a dining table and sofa bed. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a hob, fridge, and kitchenware.

There is 1 twin bedroom and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided.

You will find a bus stop just around the corner from the apartments. The city of Palma, with many shops, restaurants, and discotheques, is a 15-minute drive away.

Mallorca Golf Club is 10.8 km from the property and Palma de Mallorca Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Playa de Palma is a resort offering facilities for all ages. Its beach stretches for more than 4 km and covers the areas of Palma and Llucmajor. Each evening you can head to the many local terrace bars and nightclubs, including the famous Balneario terrace bars.

Further along the coast you will find a promenade with a bike lane. Playa de Palma is an ideal place to go on cycling tours – starting here from several cycling routes run along the coast past Llucmajor and Campos. Water sports in the local area range from surfing and jet-skis to championship sailing, often visited by famous celebrities and the Spanish royalty.
Cleaning of the apartments takes place once a week, as well as bed linen and towel change.
