The apartment is located in the centre of Ried im Oberinntal, 7 km from Fiss and 500 metres from the next ski run, and offers a mountain-view terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.

A spacious living/dining room, a TV with satellite channels and 2 bathrooms are further features of the apartment. Towels are changed every week. Ski storage and laundry facilities are available.

A grocery store and several restaurants can be found in the immediate surroundings.

You can park your car for free on site. The free bus to the Fendels and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski areas stops right next to the house.

A bathing lake and tennis courts can be found 350 metres from the apartment and an outdoor swimming pool is 1 km away.

The Summer Card is included during summer seasons and offers free or discounted access to local attractions. Children can take part in various activities free of charge as well.
