Semi-detached village house, situated in the medieval area (cars are not permitted on some streets) of Alet les Bains.

The house has got 3 rooms on 2 levels. There is a dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped with hotplates, an oven, a microwave and a freezer.

For exclusive use of the guests are closed gardens (50 m distance from the holiday property, access from the street) 1000 m2 with small barbecue and garden furniture. Public swimming pool (filled with natural mineral water, temperature 24 degrees celcius) with a children pool 300 m.

The house is in the Cathar's region. Alet les Bains is a Spa town, which is nearby. Shop, grocers are 30 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 60 m away.
