Above Valfabbrica 22 km from the centre of Assisi, 25 km from the centre of Perugia, Gubbio, 150 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, in the countryside.

In the house with three levels you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, telephone, dishwasher and a washing machine. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you.

For private use there is a fenced park of 3 ha, a fenced garden with lawn, trees, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard and a secured outdoor swimming pool of 5 x 12 m, which is opened from 08-05 to 25-09.

In the house there is a billiards table, sun terrace, central heating, burglar alarm, a washing machine and heating payable locally from 01-10 to 01-04. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request. Motor access to the house. Parking space is available in the grounds.

Within 5.5 km you can find several shops and tennis courts. The railway station of Bastia is in 10 km, Aeroporto di Perugia in 15 km and the golf course is 30 km away from the accommodation.
A private chapel for weddings, conference-room equipped for about 60 people, in one of the annexes, is available on request.
