The Plaza de Armas was built by the Italian sculptor Pedro Caretti since 1845, using Granite Stone for its finish and is in one piece.
City of Huanuco, adorned with ficus and jacaranda trees that surround the pool located in the center, and which boasts its beauty in the heart of the Plaza Mayor of that city.
In the center it is decorated by a granite stone sink. It was inaugurated in 1880. In pre-Inca times it was sacred to the Chupaichos ethnic group.
