The holiday home (90m2) is a typical old Eifel farm and is suitable for 6 persons. The holiday home has a cozy living room with fireplace. Two-thirds of the house consists of the former stables and barn. Through a stair in one of the bedrooms, you reach the long sloping roof which has been converted into a children’s cave with mattresses and TV connection. Around the holiday home is about 1,000 m² garden, trees and a paved terrace with garden furniture. Also there is a swing for children. The holiday home is enclosed with a hedge so children can play safely. In the courtyard you can easily park 2 cars.
This holiday home is located on the edge of Monschau-Kalterherberg, about 30 km from Aachen.
Through its unique and beautiful location on the outskirts of Monschau-Kaltenherberg you are in a few minutes from the house into the forest. Also, the unique medieval town of Monschau is nearby. For shopping enthusiast we recommend Aachen.
