Monteferro is located on the Lucangeli farm in the Marche region at an elevation of 300 metres.
The accommodation offers a living room, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a bathroom a bedroom and four bedrooms with their own bathroom. The house accommodates eight people.

The landscape is characteristic of the region with hills and valleys leading towards the Adriatic Sea. The estate covers 190 hectares. Twenty hectares are devoted to vineyards. The farm has four cottages which are between 100 and 150 metres apart. The Monteferro House is one of them. It is spacious, has rustic furniture. You can see the mountains and the sea from the house on a clear day. The estate is positioned for exploring the Marche region. You can reach a wide variety of interesting places these include the Monti Sibillini National Park, many medieval villages and the towns of Treia, lOreto, Recanati and Macerata. The Adriatic Sea is also worth a visit.
