Overlooking the surrounding mountains, the Schwarzmann apartments are decorated in a rustic or modern Alpine style with wooden furniture and floors. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning.
Guests of Schwarzmann’s Ferienwohnungen can buy ski passes, book ski school lessons with the owner on site, and use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The garden includes a children’s playground, deck chairs, and barbecue facilities. Free private parking is available on site.

From 01 May to 31 October, the Bregenzerwald Card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights. With this card, guests can use all public buses, swimming pools and cable cars for free.
As from December 2013, the Warth-Schröcken Ski Area offers direct access from the Lech Valley to the well-known Lech Ski Area. The Auenfeldjet Chair Lift provides a connection by ski between the 2 ski areas.
